God is Holy... He must hate sin because it is completely against His character

"For You are not a God who takes pleasure in wickedness; No evil dwells with You. The boastful shall not stand before Your eyes; You hate all who do iniquity."

God is so Holy... that anyone who tells a lie, even a “white lie”, is guilty before Him

"But for the cowardly and unbelieving and abominable and murderers and immoral persons and sorcerers and idolaters and all liars, their part will be in the lake that burns with fire and brimstone, which is the second death.”
Revelation 21:8

God is so Holy... that anyone who takes His name in vain is guilty of blasphemy against Him

(Exodus 20:7) “You shall not take the name of the Lord your God in vain, for the Lord will not

leave him unpunished who takes His name in vain.

God is so Holy... that anyone who looks with lust is guilty of adultery in his Heart.

"But I say to you that everyone who looks at a woman with lust for her has already committed adultery with her in his heart."

God is so Holy... that a person’s hatred is judged as murder.

"Everyone who hates his brother is a murderer, and you know that no murderer has eternal life abiding in him."

God is so Holy... His justice demands payment for sin; so He warns us of His wrath: “It is a fearful thing to fall into the hands of the living God.”

"It is a terrifying thing to fall into the hands of the living God."
Hebrews 10:31

God is so Holy... He created a place called Hell where He will punish sinners eternally.

"These will go away into eternal punishment, but the righteous into eternal life.”
Matt 25:46

God is so Holy... By His mercy He allowed His sinless son, Jesus Christ to take the punishment for our sins.

"He made Him who knew no sin to be sin on our behalf, so that we might become the righteousness of God in Him."
2 Corinthians 5:21

God is so Holy... He raised Jesus from the dead to prove that He is the one and only pay-ment
for sin.

"Let it be known to all of you and to all the people of Israel, that by the name of Jesus Christ the Nazarene, whom you crucified, whom God raised from the dead—by this name this man stands here before you in good health. He is the stone which was rejected by you, the builders, but which became the chief corner stone. And there is salvation in no one else; for there is no other name under heaven that has been given among men by which we must be saved.”
Acts 4:10-12

God is so Holy... He commands all men everywhere to repent and obey the gospel because He will judge each man according to every word, thought and deed.

"Therefore having overlooked the times of ignorance, God is now declaring to men that all people everywhere should repent, because He has fixed a day in which He will judge the world in righteousness through a Man whom He has appointed, having furnished proof to all men by raising Him from the dead.”
Acts 17:30-31

God is so Holy... He made only one way to be saved from the power of sin and death.

"For the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus has set you free from the law of sin and of death."
Romans 8:2

God is so Holy... He will create in you a new heart and make you a new creature who is able to
obey Him.

"Therefore if anyone is in Christ, [a]he is a new creature; the old things passed away; behold, new things have come."
2 Corinthians 5:17

Moreover, I will give you a new heart and put a new spirit within you; and I will remove the heart of stone from your flesh and give you a heart of flesh. I will put My Spirit within you and cause you to walk in my statutes, and you will be careful to observe My ordinances.
Ezekiel 36:26-27

God is so Holy... you will walk in a way that is not characterized by sin if you have truly put your faith in Him.

"Little children, make sure no one deceives you; the one who practices righteousness is righteous, just as He is righteous; the one who practices sin is of the devil; for the devil has sinned from the beginning. The Son of God appeared for this purpose, to destroy the works of the devil."

God is so Holy... He commands “...Today if ye will hear his voice, harden not your hearts...”

"While it is said, 'Today if you hear His voice, Do not harden your hearts, as when they provoked Me.'”
Hebrews 3:15

God is so Holy... without Holiness no man shall see the Lord.

"Pursue peace with all men, and the sanctification without which no one will see the Lord."
Hebrews 12:14

Will you humble yourself before the Holy GOD of the Bible today?

"At that time Jesus said, 'I praise you, Father, Lord of heaven and earth, because you have hidden these things from the wise and learned, and revealed them to little children. Yes, Father, for this is what you were pleased to do. All things have been committed to me by my Father. No one knows the Son except the Father, and no one knows the Father except the Son and those to whom the Son chooses to reveal him. Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy and my burden is light.'”
